Hi, I’m Terra, the loctician behind By Her Hands. I bring gentle hands, patience, and attention to detail to every appointment. I want you to feel comfortable in my chair and confident that your hair is being cared for. I earned my microloc installation certification, served as a Senior Stylist, and am currently working toward my Natural Hair Care license. I believe in continuing to learn so I can give each client thoughtful, skilled care. I specialize in microloc installations and reties, interlocking, starter locs, retwists, styling, instant locs, crochet maintenance, and loc repairs. Whether you’re starting your loc journey or maintaining the locs you love, I’d be glad to care for them—by my hands.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least **24 hours’ notice** so I can offer that time to another client.
If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, depending on the time available. Please let me know as soon as you can if you’re running behind.
If you miss an appointment without contacting me, a depositof 75% of the service will be required before you can book again. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate you communicating with me when plans change. Thank you for respecting my time as I respect yours.
